Digital Display Type
VI-DMTRDigital local display with a linear scale and direct LPH readout; flanged process connections top and bottom. Configurable unit from LPH, M³/Hr, KG/Hr, LPM etc.

A metal tube rotameter gives you a local flow reading when a glass tube is not suitable. A float moves inside the tapered tube and a magnetic coupling moves the pointer outside the process.

A metal tube rotameter gives you a local flow reading when a glass tube is not suitable. A float moves inside the tapered tube and a magnetic coupling moves the pointer outside the process.
MTR can be used for opaque and turbid fluids at high operating temperature and pressures. The flow is indicated by a pointer, which is magnetically coupled with the float that rises in a tapered tube with increase in flow.
Applications: water, oil and gas.
Direct local scale reading as per requirement.
Flanged, tri-clover and SMS union.
Die-cast aluminium housing with an aluminium pointer and SS 304 hardware.
Engineered body and lining for demanding process conditions.
Applies to all variants unless otherwise specified

|---|---|
| Housing | ABS, die-cast aluminium, with aluminium pointer |
| Float MOC | SS316 (standard), PTFE (highly acidic service), SS316+PTFE (mild acids) |

| Flow range – liquid | Configurable from 300 LPH up to 80,000 LPH |
| Flow range – air | Up to 6000 m³/hr, at a given pressure |
| End connection | Standard flanged (ASA 150#, 300#, 600#, customisable), Tri-Clover, SMS Union |
| Display | Local linear scale, easy to read; optional digital LCD display with totaliser |
| Output signal | Linear flow reading; optional 4~20 mA |
| Optional accessories | High/low flow alarm switches |
| Flange-to-flange distance | 350 mm standard (customisable) |
Output signal, alarm configuration and flange standard (ASA, BS, DIN or equivalent) can be specified at the time of order. Wetted parts in SS + PTFE are also available for specific applications.
Every model shares the same tapered tube and magnetically coupled pointer. The choice is how you want to read the flow, and how the meter joins the line.
