Overview
Start with the primary element
The orifice plate is where the flow measurement starts. Get the bore and installation right, and the differential-pressure transmitter has a sound signal to work with.
These can be supplied with or without matching flanges and carrier ring. The plate is machined from SS 304, SS 316 or Monel. Flanges can also be of different material, and the flange rating may be 150#, 300#, 600# or more as per the customer's and process requirement.

Supplied to suit
With or without matching flanges and carrier ring, depending on what the plant already has.
IBR option
IBR approved flanges available where the line falls under boiler regulations.
