Overview
Level control without electricity
A displacer senses the level and drives a pneumatic signal. There is no electrical supply in the measurement loop, making it a useful choice for pneumatic plants and hazardous areas.
The controller consists of a displacer mounted to the flex tube. The pilot valve and carrier assembly are housed in a weatherproof IP65 housing. Exhaust gas is vented inside the enclosure and then to atmosphere through a vent hole.
Known for its simplicity, reliability and ease of maintenance. Reverse action is obtained by rotating the nozzle assembly through 180°.

Reverse action is obtained by rotating the nozzle assembly through 180°, with no parts to change.
Displacer options
Vertical and horizontal displacers in stainless steel, phenolic, acrylic or PP to suit the fluid and the span.
Serviceable in place
Simple mechanism with the pilot valve and carrier assembly housed in a weatherproof enclosure.
