Level measurement when the vessel is difficult

The radar signal travels down to the surface and back. Because it does not depend on contact with the liquid, it can keep working through vapour, dust and changing surface conditions.

The higher operating frequency and shorter wavelength suit solid-state applications, and the lens-focused beam performs reliably in high-dust environments and process temperatures up to +200 °C. The transmitter mounts by thread or flange for straightforward installation.

The narrowest beam on offer minimises the impact of vessel internals, so aiming rarely needs a special flange.

Compact CMOS RF core

Self-developed millimetre-wave chips give a smaller footprint, a higher signal-to-noise ratio and a smaller blind spot.

High-resolution measurement

A 5 GHz working bandwidth delivers higher measurement resolution and repeatable accuracy.

Narrow 3° beam angle

The narrowest beam on offer minimises the impact of vessel internals, so aiming rarely needs a special flange.

Choose the measuring range that matches the vessel, from 0-8 m up to 0-70 m.
