The simplest way to see level

A simple glass tube connected to the vessel gives you a direct view of the liquid level. There is no electronics to configure and no signal to troubleshoot.

Tie-rod construction permits 360-degree visibility; C-frame construction is more robust and allows observation from front and rear. Both are available in integral or inline arrangements.

Material integrity is assured through strict chemical composition analysis in a standard laboratory.

Online glass replacement

Gland packing design allows the glass tube to be removed and replaced without disconnecting the gauge from the vessel.

H-grade borosilicate glass

16, 19 or 25 mm OD borosilicate glass tube with PTFE packing suits normal and viscous liquids alike.

Flexible process connections

Flanged, screwed or industrial fittings in vertical or horizontal orientation with standard or extended tube lengths.

Safety ball-check devices, glass protectors (acrylic or slotted metal), defrost / illuminator accessories and adjustable proximity or reed switch arrangements for level alarm are all available on request.

Models and variants

Choose by body material, then by isolation.

All four models share the same borosilicate glass tube, scale and connection options. Select by body material and isolation arrangement: PP body for aggressive chemical mediums; SS body for food-grade, pharmaceutical or high-temperature duties; and choose between end-block and integral isolation valve based on whether online maintenance without vessel isolation is required.
