Overview

Pressure as a signal, not just a dial reading

A pressure sensor converts process pressure into an electrical signal for a PLC, DCS or display. Different process connections and sensor arrangements let the same basic transmitter fit many jobs.

Their high precision, wide range coverage and good environmental adaptability make them suitable for measuring gas, liquid and steam pressure in industrial applications including petroleum, chemical, power generation, water treatment, food processing and metallurgy.

Select on process connection method, electrical interface and application environment; the sensing core is common to all.

High precision, good stability

Stable, repeatable measurements with intelligent digital compensation.

Wide range coverage

Supports gauge, absolute and negative pressure from industrial vacuum to 100 MPa.

No moving parts

Long service life with high reliability and no mechanical wear.

Robust construction

Stainless steel shell rated IP65, unaffected by medium mass or composition.

General performance parameters

Applies to all variants unless otherwise specified

Power supply12 ~ 36 VDC
Ambient temperature−30 °C ~ 80 °C
Medium temperature−10 °C ~ 80 °C
Relative humidity0 ~ 90 %
Overload150 %
Pressure formGauge, absolute, and negative pressure
Accuracy class0.1 %, 0.25 %, 0.5 %
Long-term stability±0.2 % per year
