Paddle Type Level Switches

In PADDLE TYPE LEVEL SWITCHES, a small electric motor drives the paddle, which rotates freely in the absence of material. When it is impeded by material the motor will be turned within the housing thus loading a spring and triggering two switches. One of them is a dry electric contact of control and alarm functions while the other is to cut off the power of motor. When the material level drops, the loaded stretched tension spring returns the motor to its original position and the unit is reactivated.
Our Rotary Paddle Switches are heavy duty and suitable for level detection of dust granules and free flowing solids upto the size of 10 mm. These can be mounted in bins, hoppers and silos and are useful to control level, filling and emptying. Applications areas include Agriculture industries, chemical industries, Food industries etc.
